We have a (4) CubeScan BioCon 500 Bladder Scanner lot being sold for parts and/or repair. You will receive 4 machines with probes for one money. The internal batteries need to be replaced in these units. We did conduct testing with a good battery (not included) to verify they are all working. Condition

These devices are in need of replacement batteries. I used a new battery (not included)to test each unit. During testing each devicewas confirmed to be working. The screens are working. Thebuttons are all present. Allof the units have working printers. There are varying levels of scratches and scuffs to each unit but theydo not affect theoperation of the machine. The probes show some signs of wear but all are working.The power suppliesare all in great condition. Being sold as is for parts and/or repair.


Manufacturer's Description

BioCon-500is a portable ultrasound system intended to measure the volume of urine in a patients bladder. BioCon-500transmits ultrasound signals into the abdomen of a patient and receives the echoed signals. Using the echoed signals, the system determines the bladders outline and calculates the volume of the bladder based on the outline.

BioCon-500has a Pre-Scan function, which shows a live ultrasound image of a horizontal planar cross-section of the bladder found by using the echoed signals. The Pre-Scan function helps in locating the bladder and improving accuracy. A user can print the results using a built-in thermal printer immediately after measurements are taken. Also using the optional CubeScanPC software, one can upload saved data in a devices flash ROM to a computer for later review of the images.
